YOLK JAM IS A THING

 

We make yolk jam which we copied from Miami’s Brad Kilgore when the ALTER team came over and took over REDROASTER a year or so back. We use local organic eggs from Rookery Farm & we put it in our Sussex Gold burger which is incredibly difficult to make, and we think the best burger we’ve ever made. Watch out for it on special.
