Well the lovely folks at TIME OUT say you’ll find them here at Lucky Beach Cafe. And whats not to like about fresh fish and chips on Brighton beach.. deep fried fresh hake in Rich’s secret malt vinegar batter (so not secret anymore ????) with our skin-on chips, dill tartare and our house made mushy peas.  Beautiful fresh hake, it flakes off when you cut through it, crispy batter, lots of salt & vinegar. You know the score.

Then there’s our crisp fried calamari, hot fish wraps (bacon & scallops is the one we think), and the longstanding fish bap which is basically the best filet o fish in the world – we say. And chowder.. proper winter comfort. Pop down we’d love to see you.
